A couple things! TRY IT: First: I did the treadmill today at the highest grade incline you can and it burnt the same amount of calories as if I was running, but it kicked my booty!!! (2.5 mph, @ 15% incline) Second: Fruit and Yogurt parfait from MCD's. I got my kid some milk this morning, after I picked her up from the sitter's and I love these little parfaits! For 160 calories (130 if you skip the granola) They are SUPER tasty, and to me taste like dessert.
SKIP IT: At McD's: New fruit and walnut snack size salad. Okay, kind of skip it. It's good in the sense that there's a small amount of yogurt to dip some cut up apples and grapes with, BUT the little ounce of candied walnuts brings the whole thing downhill! Why not make them regular walnuts? The "candied" part doesn't even taste that good! (It does come in a cute little portable container though... great for if you need to bring something to work... funny thing though, they gave me a fork and a knife. WHO EATS YOGURT WITH A FORK OR KNIFE?? HAND ME A SPOON PEOPLE!!!)
Just my opinions! Let me know if you have any ideas!

Today has been a bummy day. I worked last night and so I've been dead tired today. THEN I also work tonight. If I go to the gym, I'd have to pack my kids up in the next 15 minutes. Cuz then I'd have time to get a good workout, get back, shower, and be on my way... Hmm. Ya'll know me. I'll end up going. I'll probably go get dressed as soon as I write this! lol OH!! Super neat-o stuff for me! (Yeah I just said neat-o), last night at work I got like 10 different compliments from people that said I was staring to "look nice." That made my day. One girl even said, "How'd you do that in 2 weeks?" Cuz I kill myself daily! lol. Anyway, I'll update my calories expended tomorrow. As for now, I'll just do the normal stats:
Weight: 161 lbs ( I have a feeling it'll be there while my body fights losing more. That's okay)
Calories Burned working out: 825
Calories from food: At 1340
Weight loss since Oct. 20: 12 lbs!

This is going to be SUPER quick because I am leaving for work in 5 minutes. Literally. Somehow I managed to get my kids all packed up early, and I have 5 minutes to type. Didn't lose any weight today, haha. As soon as I talk about not losing any it happens. Good timing! Nothing new right now. I'll write more tomorrow!

I got a personal e-mail from someone asking me to post more pictures of me at my heaviest. I guess I was close to what they weigh now. Since I'm gonna go and download a bunch of pics on here, does anyone else have any other requests? Anything you'd like to see? the playgym equipment? *my butt*, that's a joke, I won't post that. lol, not til it's PERFECT. lol, pictures of how I used to look? how I looked when I got married? or anything else you can think of. If there's anything you wanna see, always let me know. I'm on here at least once a day! Ash

Well, my baby is officially NOT a baby anymore... sigh. He's a growing little toddler now. My daughter ended up acting more normal around 8pm tonight, so I packed up the kids and headed to the playgym. When we got there I dropped off some cupcakes. (I had to get rid of some, giving the rest tomorrow when I finally go to work.) Did I want a cupcake? Uh, kinda. I'm sure it would have tasted alright, but my brain just doesn't crave it anymore. Plus, I kept thinking of all this training I'm doing and how much I kick my own butt just to feel good. That cupcake would have had the opposite effect. How come I couldn't realize that in the past? Would have helped when I worked at Pizza Hut and gained some nasty poundage! lol. Anyway, so I went to the gym, but had to leave before getting my strength training in because both kids were upset. That's okay, cuz I just did my training here at home. Glad I got my cardio done though! Tomorrow I'm gonna run again. I figured I should skip a day, since I ran so much for me, and I don't want to overdo it TOO much. OH, I have a recipe for anyone who wants to know. I've had this the last couple of nights for dinner. I get a turkey breast, POUND the crap out of it until its this thin slab of meat. Then I pound a 1/4 cup of almonds and I lay the breast on the crushed nuts. Get both sides coated and fry in a pan of 1 Tbsp of olive oil. YUMMY. I use lots of olive oil lately. It's natural, good for you, and helps me hit my calories alot of the time. Believe it or not, my appetite is almost non-existent. I have to force myself to eat because I want enough energy for my body to do cardio and all that. I think I've eliminated a huge craving for sugar that I used to have and FAST FOOD? out of the question. The idea of putting such questionable stuff in my body now disgusts me. (I know, I'm getting a little anal, but I'd rather be against it than gorging on it like I used to!) But, that's it for me. Weight loss since Oct. 20, 2006: 12 lbs. (Yep, another pound. I keep thinking EVERY morning that it won't change, because it's been SO IMMEDIATE, yet every morning it's lower. I'm expecting it to slow though. I won't be let down, it's inevitable. If people could consistantly lose weight this fast, there'd be less fat people! lol)
Weight loss since I started after my baby: 65 lbs. (thought this was fitting, since today was his b-day!)
