Day 40? Uh, wow. That's pretty awesome. Well, I FINALLY got my @SS back into gear and I'm going for those goals I spoke about earlier. (sweet booty, sweet legs, sweet arms, all that fun stuff...)
I ran ALOT today.
5.25 miles actually. At 5.2 miles an hour. (Yea me!)
I've noticed that the couple of times I've ran alot, I'd had oatmeal for breakfast... hmm.. I'm gonna stick to that! It gives me energy without that "full" feeling, yet I feel full in a content way. I don't know if that made any sense.
John, I just happened to read your comment RIGHT before I hit the gym, and you are right. I shouldn't have expected my body to do that much. (I pushed it simply because I'm CRAZY... but it was a little rougher than it usually would have been. EXCEPT the running... that was shocking still there as far as endurance goes.)
So guess what our temp was out here today?? Anyone? 1 degree. Yep, one. with a windchill of -15. YIKES! I actually FELT BAD dragging all the kiddies to the playgym in that weather! Also, my car takes so long to heat up, so that wasn't fun. I'm sure it's only going to get worse...urg. Okay, well, that's it for me today. I KICKED some CRAZY SERIOUS booty in the gym. Oh, and I am going all natural. At least until I move out (then I can't buy expensive groceries anymore
