 Thursday November 30, 2006 Day 41
 

Hmmm... last day of November. Last day of the CrAzIeSt month of my entire life. And it's only going to get worse before it gets better. Everytime I think I know what I'm going to do (where to live, work, what to do with my kids...) it changes. I HATE not knowing whats going on. It's really starting to drive me crazy!
Urg.
Anyway, today I was at the gym for 4 and 1/2 hours.
Before you read that number and think I even remotely worked out well, let me tell you 3 and 1/2 hours were talking to people about stuff. Exhausting...
So, I'll be going to the gym tomorrow morning at 8am, and then tomorrow night I work again. (fun! okay, not really)
I'm getting ready to go upstairs get some food, bathe my kids, and then call it a night. I was on the phone with a good friend last night for more than 2 hours... (I LOVED every second of it, but I still am running on barely any sleep.)
Okay, I guess that's it for me. Wow am I super boring for the last few days... Sorry. Love Ya'll

 New thing... Weekly Goal
 

I want to add in a "Weekly goal" area in this blog. I keep track of all my weight/fitness/food related info in a big binder (with dividers and all that fun stuff!) One of the things I do EVERY week is set some goals to make sure I hit them. Well, after last week of me ignoring them to go drinking and dancing all the time (vodka cranberry anyone?) I feel like if I post them in here, I will actually MAKE sure they get done.
So here we go.
GOALS TO HIT BY WEDNESDAY: Dec. 6 (wow, it'll be Dec!)
1. Run at least 2 miles each day at the gym... (urg)
2. Make sure to go to Kickboxing AND Yoga (did kickboxing today...so CHECK!)
3. Lose 2lbs gained over holiday, plus another 2= 153 (ambitious...but all natural food will help with that I hope.)
4. Do a Tae Bo session at home
5. Eat all natural

There I go. Goals for the week. NEXT Wednesday, I will write to say how many of them I accomplished. Wish me luck!

 Wednesday, November 29, 2006 Day 40
 

Day 40? Uh, wow. That's pretty awesome. Well, I FINALLY got my @SS back into gear and I'm going for those goals I spoke about earlier. (sweet booty, sweet legs, sweet arms, all that fun stuff...)
I ran ALOT today.
5.25 miles actually. At 5.2 miles an hour. (Yea me!)
I've noticed that the couple of times I've ran alot, I'd had oatmeal for breakfast... hmm.. I'm gonna stick to that! It gives me energy without that "full" feeling, yet I feel full in a content way. I don't know if that made any sense.
John, I just happened to read your comment RIGHT before I hit the gym, and you are right. I shouldn't have expected my body to do that much. (I pushed it simply because I'm CRAZY... but it was a little rougher than it usually would have been. EXCEPT the running... that was shocking still there as far as endurance goes.)
So guess what our temp was out here today?? Anyone? 1 degree. Yep, one. with a windchill of -15. YIKES! I actually FELT BAD dragging all the kiddies to the playgym in that weather! Also, my car takes so long to heat up, so that wasn't fun. I'm sure it's only going to get worse...urg. Okay, well, that's it for me today. I KICKED some CRAZY SERIOUS booty in the gym. Oh, and I am going all natural. At least until I move out (then I can't buy expensive groceries anymore ).

 quick note
 

Today is the day I'm going to get it all back together.

This last week was rough for me (and my waistline), but today I'm putting all that back into check.

I'm going back to where I ALWAYS fit in gym time. NO MATTER WHAT. I felt so much better about myself when I did that.

And it starts now. I'm going to go feed the kids lunch, hit the gym, go to the grocery store and get some food. I'm thinking *maybe* all natural again. (only because my skin glowed where as right now it's pretty spotty!) and I felt so healthy doing that. THEN tonight I'll go to the gym AGAIN for my kickboxing class.

All people have set-backs. It's completely natural. But, back in the day... this is where I'd get out of control and start re-gaining everything I'd come to lose. Not this time. I'm back in control and I'm going to get to my goals.

 Nov. 27 & 28, Mon and Tues, Day 38 & 39
 

Well, I went out again last night. But, that was it for awhile.
I can't keep up with my fitness when I go out like that. I'm just too tired and worn down the next day. SO, I'm only going to go out one more time before I move. (at my going away party). Now, hopefully I can put all my energy and interest back into my working out and eating healthily.
Tomorrow is my kickboxing class. Perfect welcome back to gym-world after my 6 day absence. (SIX DAYSSSSS??? Whoa...)
Well, seeing that in writing definately made me want to make sure I never have to write that again!
Okay, I don't have a lot for you today. SImply because all I was doing today was cleaning and packing. Not interesting.

OH, and I'm going to start doing my weigh-ins weekly instead of daily. Every Wednesday.
(that gives me a few days to undo the 2lbs I've gained over the weekend. urg.) :)
